Hi everyone out & about again today went for daily walk part one 20 min & another walk to follow going for lunch by foot sticking with low carb as in healthy carbs from fruit & vegetables no bread pasta or rice The weight is coming off nicely slow & steady mentally feeling better trying to isolate myself from the negativity of others … I’ve made peace with my mother & now she has come to see the reality how others are & behave so hopefully things will be less stressful while am here thank you everyone for your support 😘❤️❤️xx
