Weight still the same this morning. Hopefully it will be down more than just this 0.2 pounds tomorrow morning for weekly weigh-in. Might have to reduce my calorie intake to speed things up a bit. I've been staying in the 1,700's each day. Not satisfied with such small losses, even though they are moving in the right direction. Ideally, I'd like to be losing two pounds a week.

Snowwhite100, yes, the peaches get softer, juicier and sweeter if you ripen them in a brown paper bag. My kitchen is fragrant with peaches right now.

Patience Debbie. The drop may be slow, but you are not going hungry and you are developing eating skills you can use for a lifetime. Extreme dieting can lead to yoyo weight loss and gain. You're doing great. 🌹

The scale can be motivating but I focus more on making myself healthier which means I feel better and use that for motivation. Everything else will fall into place!:)
