Weather was crappy this morning so I didn't get up and walk. My summer job started last week and all I want to do is sleep. :-(. The best news of my week though is that I am below my starting FS weight when I started last year and down another 1.5 lbs. from yesterday. Haven't been exercising that much but I've been trying to do well with food, and maybe the break-up stress decided to be nice to me. Regardless I'm thrilled, and that's exactly what I needed today. I hope everyone has a good Wednesday, I can't wait for this week to be over!!!
