No motivation !! Oh well pushing myself into the next step of my weight loss journey. Exercise - luckily my gym has virtual classes - a start. Attempting to multitask since finally the heat wave after 9 days plus humidity has decreased so I can get much needed work done outside So much to do I’ve overwhelmed myself between inside and outside with starting projects never completing that’s not me. !! Sad !!! I live in a condo community which I’ve been involved with taking on challenging projects but not thinking of my own projects which in turn makes me frustrated. Need a total mind reset
Enough of my boo hooing.
Hope everyone is having a sparkling day Sorry for the complaining guess just needed to air my self inflicted frustrations.
