I have noticed how following a diet regimen with controlled calories and more protein has been easy to follow. I also feel tons better after my weigh in.

That’s awesome 😎 I am counting calories, watching my macros, and taking in more protein as well. My son is SF and very fit. He told me to eat more protein and it would help me feel fuller longer. I was worried about the calories, but it’s all about portions. He was right and I am also dropping weight fast. It’s crazy because I don’t even feel like I am dieting. Way to go and keep those fat cells crying 🤣
