Something people don’t really talk about is how, when you change your eating habits, you have to sit with your feelings instead of shutting them down with food. Gotta take it one day at a time, one moment at a time. I guess that’s why there’s so much psychologically behind the weight loss process. If anyone is going through this right now, I feel you. 💕
