Well, I am - after a whole week - back to my lowest weight in again, at 105.8 kgs. It's taken a long time this fluctuation, but I'm okay with it. It's the long haul that gets me there. More weight will drop soon. Usually Saturday mornings I have dropped quite a lot, not sure if it's because I play music fridays and move differently or what it is. But I've seen it a lot. We'll see. Three hours of work and it's weekend! Life is good!
