I keep lingering in the same weight range. It is close enough to my goal that I'm in maintenance mode. Granted mom mentioned Saturday that maybe I need to ease up on the diet bars/shakes and focus on just healthy foods and moderation.
I also pre-plan my suppers and put it down, as you can see I have my dinner posted now at 12:45pm. I did go to McDonald's today. However, I went bun-less, sugar free on the iced coffee and instead of fries I got apple slices and a 4 piece nuggets. Tonight I plan on leftovers and a Atkins Indulge dessert bar.
Hubs is still gone and got stranded yet again without a load to haul so I don't know when he will be home. And he needs to get to a dentist since his teeth are failing. Hubs and the cat both have failing teeth. "I tell you what," think Hank Hill, I am brushing my teeth more thoroughly with all the dental drama going on.
