2pm and have my dinner put in and planned. My friend is coming over to watch the Bachelorette and I am heating up some alfredo, chicken and broccoli. But I am carefully measuring out all ingredients to make 2 equal servings. I plan on a small glass of vino and an Atkins Endulge bar for dessert.

I walked some on lunch today. I called Hubs to discuss the weekend visit. Hubs has dental issues and he asked me to make an appointment. So I suspect this weekend will be odd with him. I am concerned about him going toothless because this one is visible. His silly mustache covers it mostly. The mustache is out of hand again. He lets his "mustache do the talking,' as a cast member on Jack*@s said many years ago.

Looking forward to a long weekend though. Work has been tiring lately.

I need to get past my plateau. But eating pasta won't help but I doubt it will hurt me when I haven't eaten much today. I try to keep my graph balanced on FS by the end of the day.

Last night, Dad and I went to Applebee's and I had the 6oz steak and double broccoli and a side salad, only eating half the dressing. I did have a small bowl of cereal for dessert w/ unsweetened almond milk so I try to be mindful of every item I eat.
