In recent months my BMI has gone from 36.8 to 34.1. At my highest weight it was 38.8. I look forward to my first goal, which will be to get below 30. I never imagined I would have gotten this large. I am slowly inching toward my goals. No gimmicks or drastic changes. Small, sustainable lifelong habits are the key. I could get there faster, but it wouldn’t last. What I am doing now is what I can do forever. There is no temporary diet, just portion control, making the majority of what I eat unprocessed, nutritious foods, getting regular exercise, lots of water, and adequate sleep. This is also known as taking care of myself. Go figure, when I take care of my body it works better!🤣🤣🤣
