Oh man I was hungry today. Went over points and am just HUNGRY today. I'm trying to stick to plan, getting a little frustrated with progress can't stop eating today. I am hoping to lose this week, need to keep going. Exercising daily and trying to stay positive about things.

From your calories today, I think you needed more protein and more fat. Also, most of the things that you ate included sugar - maybe the stuff you ate just didn't trigger the fullness response like a little pat of butter or a spoon of olive oil might have. Good luck - I have a hard time sticking to my points too. Are you a vegetarian? Maybe invest in some avocados and whole-fat yogurt to fill yourself up early in the day.

Hi! You seem to be having a really hard time (I was looking at your weight history - it looks a lot like mine!). Here is what I have to do: I do one thing at a time. This month, I focused on cutting out bread and rice. I tried to keep my carbs to 100 g, which luckily meant that I could up my protein and fat to cover my points. Also, I try to eat at least one fruit or veggie per meal, and also one protein per meal - yogurt is a good one, but I also do not ever eat anything with Splenda.
