I haven't, but there's probably a lot of information online. I know you should look out of additives and of course the source of the specific supplement. 👍

there's a website where a nutritionist or scientist of some sort reviews and ranks formulations that's pretty good. my friend tried to sign me up for some holistic drink thing a few years back and it saved me from getting into an MLM hell situation. let me see if I can find it.

wow. quick search calls it out as MLM. I'd run away and make sure you cancel whatever credit card she put it on. anytime they make claims to replace real food with pills... SMH
