Somehow I lost about 4-5 pounds in a day, then gained 2-3 of it back over a few days. No idea why. No dieting effort. Hopefully didn't shave off another tiny bit of muscle mass, permanently lowering caloric intake. Doctor at yearly physical thinks I can build muscle with high weight, low reps regimen.
