Down a lb. today. I exercised everyday this week and regardless of the lb. number I am developing calves of steel and more toned thighs. The chub-rub is decreasing and I'm feeling good about it. Within the next few weeks I need to step up the exercise from just walking to something more intense. I'm thinking of starting the 5k training program that I've been putting off, but it's going to need to wait a little longer. I'm teaching 1st and 2nd grade students with Autism during the day and Kindergarten Vacation Bible School at night this week. Next week I'll be house sitting and so won't be able to do much but walk the dog there which I am intending to do twice a day. I'm just too exhausted and need to get a stop watch and knee brace before I start...but SOON. Today I sign my paperwork and at the end of August I will officially be a first year teacher!!! Very excited to start with my own class. Keep going everyone this week!!! We can do this, just one step at a time.
