Entering food in my food record always makes me conscious of my intake and reduces my calories. Just this exercise alone works in weight loss. It's the trouble that one has to make an effort to come to the computer and do it. I notice right now that I haven't had any water. I'm going to have two glasses right now. I feel good about what I've eaten up to this point. I'm giving myself a pat on the back :)

This journey is literally minute by minute. When food is your crutch, it's hard to push it away.
