Sorry, no cooky journal tonight. Creative juices are trapped by the clutches of a migraine. The migraine also has was the culprit today of some dizziness (nearly passed out), nausea, sensitivity to sound (not so much light), and in general just feeling off. I went to Braum's tonight, and just kind of took my best guess at ingredients based on what I saw on shelves in their store part. They did have a pound of bacon at a reasonable price; so I bought that. I tracked out to the downtown Y and signed back up through the Silver Sneakers program (I'm not in the age bracket, but have it through insurance as I'm disabled, since I'm not quite all there, but sometimes I'm running about in a couple of different places, so if you ever find me, keep me there until another part of me shows up, and then they'll be two of me talking to you, mwahahaha!). Yeah, I'm on a lot of meds, and apparently one of them I was overdosing on, and didn't know it..don't worry, it was just my anti-depressent.... So, at Braum's I resisted the ice cream, yogurt, sherbert, fries, pop (I only had water), etc. I just had my burger. I missed my date with the screaming woman, but that's alright, my head hurts enough to make up for my muscles hurting. I also missed my Zombie Run. I am thinking of just resetting the data for it, and starting all over fresh. Yeah, I think I might do that tomorrow.
I finished my menu this morning, and grocery list is prepared, and scheduled to be under budget, by at least $10. I have to grab my backpack to carry the meat. I may wait until Walmart to get my eggs for fear of them getting broken on a 13-20-mile (total) bus ride home, and half mile walk. With luck, everything will go as planned, and I can return with the goods. Yay.
