Decided to go back to keto plan, plan my meals ahead to stay under 30g carb, watching my macros, intermittent fasting 16 hours and 8 hour window for meals and determined to walk every day (thank you Debbie for inspiring me to add a walk per day) I’m under 170 again, now to just keep going in my chosen direction.

I'm so blessed that my walking is an inspiration to you. I know my exercise level is pretty pitiful compared to what some people do on here. But, for me, it is an improvement from being totally sedentary. I still spend a lot of time in my recliner. Just upped my walking goal from 1 mile a day to 1-1/2 miles. Later this week, I may up it again to 2 miles. It's so much easier now that I am walking 1/2 mile at a time instead of just doing 1/4 mile in a stint.
