New migraine meds.. nurtec it literally supresses my appeite I cant eat much few bites all day, I really do not think this is a healthy approach but no migraine for 3weeks straight wow! my stomach is flat but my back and arms another story. I carry my weight like an apple.. round with skinny legs anyway onward to the next pound down.
