Didn't do too good on calories today, however I supposedly burnt more than I ate. I was doing good with my yogurt and salad, but my sister and I started a mission. We decided to do some heavy cleaning on my kitchen. We spent 5 1/2 hours cleaning baseboards, windows, curtains, dusting--a bunch of different things and we still didn't finish. LOL. We're tearing apart everything. I ended up eating four slices of pizza. I'm now having a well deserved glass of wine to finish the evening. I've done good all week and I'm not going to feel bad about my pizza--LOL. Remind me of that when I weigh in and the scale goes up.
