Going to try to be a little more careful with my calories today. I'm still not sure how many I should have. I had 1433 yesterday and I thought someone said you should have 1200. Either way, I know 4 slices of pizza is too much. Coffee is on, going to make sure I take my thyroid med. Have more planned for today. Going to take a ride to my sisters to get two chairs for my kitchen and a cat condo. Two of my wood chairs in my kitchen have broken. She has to nice Captain's chairs, so they will go great. Yayeeee. I need to fit some exercise in this day somewhere!
