Bloat, bloat, bloat. But I am ok with a .2 gain only!

Now to get back to the workouts. No excuses anymore. Have to, have to, have to workout. The only way I lose, is working out. I know this, but why can't I get into the groove.

Unfortunately, didn't get to start Zumba classes last week. Hit a deer with my car on the 14th and so borrowing vehicles, hitching rides, etc. My car went into body shop today. It may end up being totaled, we will see. A new car wasn't in my plans this year, but we will make it work if it has to be. I have to begin to let go of stress. The worrying is not helping at all with my dieting.
