I am pleased with loosing .4 lbs yesterday. But today I am just not motivated. I have eaten healthily, I just haven't worked out as of yet. I am sure I will be energized by this afternoon and will work out then. Does anyone else ever feel like this? All I want to do today is rest, and I slept pretty good last night.

Give yourself something to fuel your workout - whatever you typically have - protein, fats usually help. A few nuts, fruit?

The yogurt and peanuts are good. I've found for myself that no matter how sluggish I feel beforehand, if I push myself to work out I always feel better afterwards....physically and mentally. Congrats on yesterday's loss.

I do have those days. I find if I can get myself to work out, the sluggish days are often the days I work the hardest! An activity you do is a win. :)

thank you, I know you are right, working out always gives me energy. I will workout before the day is over, I have already made that up in my mind. You all are very supportive on here, and I really appreciate it.
