Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday..

Wind has finally tapered off….still blowing…but nothing like yesterday and last night….all night…..

Already got first workout in..pumping away on push-ups…they just seem to ne getting easier each day…

Weight up…just a bit…o well…trust the process….older you get…the more challenging it becomes….

With the wind howling last night…I listened to a 10 hour loop of a thunderstorm thru my mask/headphones….I once woke up to p…actually thought it was storming outside…lol….guess I was still in dream land..

Well….time to move it….

Good morning! Rainy and very windy all night and today. I slept 2:30-7! I may have to pull a you and nap later!😂 A lot of slow sip, sipping going on this morning! Lol ☕️☕️ I wouldn’t be able to sleep with headphones with my cpap machine. Oh well. I moved my bird feeder from way back on my wood line close to the house for winter. Hope the birds find it soon and don’t get confused. A good day for bird watching. Maybe you can do an extra workout for me today! Lol Have a super Saturday!:)

I didn’t take a nap yesterday…since I been doing the workouts…less being tired thru the day…less being bored…more release of endorphins….
