Yesterday was my last day on the gain weight path. New everyday path: 1) Weigh in at least 1x week 2) Min 10k steps (so much harder in winter) 3) Log ALL food 4) Ban tortilla chips. They provide no nutritional value and lead to more bad food choices. This is challenging when spouse insists on buying Costco size bag. Still, no one is forcing me eat them.
I am glad I made myself to step on the scales before I hit 200lbs.
