Update on sagging skin from rapid weightloss. I started collagen drinks 20g a day (two drinks) a day and face exercises, neck strenghtening exercises. and daily massages. I recently started 4000mg hyaluronic acid so can't say for sure on the acid, but I must tell say my "turkey neck" is 90% gone!!! My jowls GONE.. my smile lines have not improved, the fat loss around my eyes and cheek really affected my lower face, but I am hopeful. I'll be 41 in one month and my appearance has taken a toll on me. I have remained optimistic about sagging skin after weightloss and I didn't give up. After one month of consistently working and exercising the face, I know now its works.

WOW!!! Can you maybe share where you got your supplements & also the neck/face exercises you did, please? Us fellow turkey necks need it! 😆 Better than the neck surgery I've been contemplating! 😱 Thanks, & seriously congrats!!
