ok so today was horrible...I ate until I crashed...pretty sure carb overload and a lack of sugar and caffiene (even though I had 3 servings of mt dew) over 60 weight watcher points for the day...thank God tomorrows a new day right?!?!

The first time I did Weight Watchers I spent my first week eating like I usually did and counting the points...
Journaling..even if you aren't on track is soo important!! Tomorrow is a new day- just keep thinking of your goals and you will get there!!

yess good approach. we have the same goal weight--its gonna be a while so we just have to keep pushing through but you can do it!

Thanks guys! It's definitely going to be a process but in the past I've had that horrible first day or two trying to figure it out and just quit. Not this time!! I don't care if it takes me a month to finally stay under my points I WILL DO THIS :)
