Tracking Workout Volume Over Time
2022: 82 workouts. Big dropoff from last year. ~Half as many as PR. The good news is that I know I can do a lot more! Mostly HIIT at gym.
2021: 130 workouts. Great #, especially during rona!
2020: 166 workouts. Personal Record! Particularly exciting, since it was during rona.
2019: 129 workouts. Great!
2018: 139 workouts. Personal Record at the time! Started working out in February w a friend.
2012: ~50 workouts.
Other years as adult: <15. Mostly running outside, often 4 miles, usually less than 70 minutes.
