Really happy with my willpower today. It was admin day and they ordered pizza for the entire office. I ate my salad, then went to Duncan Donuts for my coffee. Had my celery sticks for my snack. I'm going to do this!

For dinner, I needed some food tonight. I've been eating salads and fish, which is great, but I needed something different. We went to Subway and I got the Veggie Delight for 230 calories. It felt good to taste bread again! I really wanted an Italian sub, but I stayed on track! I'm only at 527 calories after dinner, but I know I will have one more glass of wine (my snack chill) and then a cup of coffee.

Thanks. I didn't think I could resist pizza, but I want to lose weight more than eat right now. Going to Subway for 230 calories made me feel good, though :)

Good for you! You are way stronger than I am. Yesterday was breakfast for support staff, today was lunch and treats, tomorrow and Friday will be more. I didn't go overboard, but I went in the room to "look", and came out having eaten! All in all, it wasn't horrible as I only had 1/4 of a muffin and fruit for the breakfast, and 300 calories total for lunch. Great willpower!!

We used to have a lot of parties--big ones and that's when I had gone off of my routine and let myself go. The last time I lost weight and this time, I can be at the parties and not eat. I bring my own food and stick to it. I have a goal and want to get to it. My two downfalls that are within my daily caloric intake (I save calories for them) are my vanilla black coffee from Duncan Donuts at lunch, a glass of wine at dinner and a glass of wine later in front of the computer. On weekends, I have an extra glass of wine.

Pizza is evil! Way to go resisting temptation! Pizza is/could be my crack. Left to my own devices, I could eat lots and lots and lots and lots of pizza in one sitting. And then have it again later as a "snack." And if there are leftovers, I would eat it for breakfast. For me to stay in my target calorie range, I have to completely stay away from pizza. 'Cause, frankly, one tiny slice ain't gonna cut it for me. Then I'm just left unsatisfied and still wanting more. I do better staying away from it entirely. So, good for you!!
