I started on Monday with a weight of 190 pounds. Pretty sure that was in accurate because the next day I was down a couple of pounds already. My scale had been bouncing between 188 and 190.
So I’ve been at it for five days because it’s Friday and my weight this morning was at 185.9 pounds.
I’m eating all kinds of things but just keeping within my 1500 cal.
I must’ve been eating an awful lot of calories before Because I feel like I’m getting enough food and never really hungry
