Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

Took it easy yesterday…only 2.44 miles…5000 in steps…my whoop at bottom makes it look like more…walked in the morning….worked out in the afternoon…as I’ve said..by lunch…I’ve already hit 8 hours of awake time..and I’m looking for ways to get a workout..that’s mot walking…

Trying to decide on keeping my 24 hour fast going into a 48 or not…it sounds so far away..lol…eveb though..8-9 will be sleep time…been over a year since I did a 48…still thinking on it…

Snowed last night..enough to cover grassy area…but sounds like it’s drizzling outside..not good with 30 …and wind chill of 27…

No change in weight…no ups..no downs…all good..

Tummy is growling..first time it’s done that since I started omad on 14th…o well…just finished cup of ☕️…so time to do some steps..get the day started…and decide on how long to go today…
