Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday…

Yesterdays ride after lunch….even though I only got about 6 hours of sleep Friday night..I still worked out…like I had 8….2 plus miles of walking…kettnell bicep curls…and resistance band workouts…I was determined to get a day of workouts with less sleep….

I slept like a rock last night…lol….woke up just before alarm on cell phone went off….but didn’t get up…till..it went off…then up…to start another day…

Plan to ride later….get a ride in before I break ,y 24 hour fast…actually plan to have all my workouts plus walking done before lunch today…then just play on iPad this afternoon….my time….lol…usually the way I try to set up my day…but now that I’m starting to ride again…I’m having to let the iPad wait on me…lol…

Well…530am…time is passing…get started..on working..my reward…cup of ☕️…lol…
