One thing really makes me happy is that after one month of eating light and paying attention to what I’m eating, I actually feel full after each meal now. I always used to feel like a bottomless pit and continue eating but I now I just feel satisfied. And that helps a lot so I don’t have the urge to eat more.

Some would call that mindful eating; when we slow down and enjoy the food we eat, that feeling of fullness kicks in. Great work!!
