Totally enjoy planning meals in my head and then looking them up to see the calories so I can tweak them and change things up.
Getting to eat a whole ton of healthy stuff as well as some goodies here and there!

Been mindful of my eating for a little over a month now and already feeling lighter.

Very excited to see if I can make my goal before my 65th birthday in July.
19 weeks to lose 30 lbs. Let's see about this....
