This is so hard, but nothing worth getting is easy! The weekends are by far the most challenging for me. At work it is easy to stick to a schedule and I bring all my food so there is nothing else. Once I'm at home all day I fall into the habit of eating while bored or if I'm visiting my parents I eat poorly because they don't have many healthy options. I know these are excuses, but it's true. I will just have to be more vigilant and steadfast and refrain from beating myself up when I slip. After all, to err is human. :-)

You will get there just keep going, it does get easier as you go along. You have a great reason for wanting to get fit and healthy.....your daughter, forgive yourself, you will do this, great help on here, lots of great people to encourage you.....
