I just made the best omelet ever. Two eggs whisked up with a couple ounces of milk. First, I use a little bit of butter and cooked up some mushrooms with garlic powder and onion powder and then threw in the eggs. There was a tiny bit of shredded cheese left over from yesterday that I put in there and 2 cups of spinach on top. I put the lid on and cooked it up and broke it to bits when I flipped it over. Not intentionally, it wasn’t pretty, but it was delicious.
