Got a new schwinn recumbent stationary bike last Tuesday trying to do a couple 5 mile rides a day. Love the low impact would rather do that than treadmill any day. First day like everything got on it did a 6 mile sprint and thought it was pretty easy, second day muscles i forgot about in the back of my legs and thighs reminded me i was not in shape to start that way, 2nd day i complained through 3 miles, third day did 2 leisurely rides of 5 miles and same today so far. Will see how this all turns out and update results as i go along hopefully some weight and inches lost and see if i can sneak in a couple of miles on the treadmill. cant wait till spring to take this all outside. walking and riding somewhere instead of in the makeshift gym.
