I kind of cheated last night. Why is it when I eat it makes me even more hungery then I was. I start off the day and i'm not hungery at all so some times I make myself eat because I know i'm suppost to. But then i'm thinking about it for the rest of the day always hungery. I was feeling sick this morning don't know why. it wasn't bad but just a upset tummy. And I know I already messed up this morning by haveing the spunge cake. I just wanted something sweet. i just don't have any gumshun to go for a walk. I haven't worked out in two monthes. I still want to loss it,it's just that i'm so tiered of doing this. I see everyone haveing all the things I used to love to eat and i wish I could have some. But I know I can't or I will gian it all back.
