This week for me was a complete bust. Short Course Monday - Tuesday, ate horrible especially evening meals with the inlaws in town. Then Wednesday, ate ok but no workouts all week.

Yesterday was on road to Decatur at 4am, again no workout. Home last night after 7. Munched on the road trying to keep me awake. Drank lots of Diet Cokes, very little water.

Feel bloated today. This morning, again no workout, overslept. Plans are to get on Treadmill when home and watch BB. Plan was to do that this morning, but didn't get up til 6:30.

Leave in the morning around 6 for San Antonio, hope to get up and workout, but don't see that happening. Then travel foods in a hotel plus birthday cake. Neice turns 2 on the 10th, so we are celebrating this weekend. Plan to try to eat in moderation.

Today, have planned smart thought. Had blueberries, mandarin orange and pineapple for breakfast. Have an oatmeal bar for snack. Chick Fil A side salad and fruit planned for lunch then tonight a light dinner.

EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE!!!!!! I must, I must! The eating wouldn't be bad if would just do Jillian 5 days a week like back in February plus Treadmill and Elliptical. At the rate I am going, want finish the 5K in October by the time the awards ceremony starts :)

Since ending Biggest Loser in office competition June 10th, I have lost nothing. I am still around the same weight and some weeks a bit up. That means in 8 weeks, no weight loss. I should have been down at least another 8 pounds if not more. I am so kicking myself right now.

In January I had hoped to be at my goal weight by my birthday which was doable at 2 pounds/week average. I am now averaging less than a 1. Now, I just want to be under 150 by September 13th. That means I have 5 weeks to lose 10 pounds. Then I can work on the last 25-30 pounds between birthday and first of the year.

I am going to do the Flat Belly Detox Monday. Then by Friday plan to start counting my WW points again, limited my breads, etc.

I am also drinking the Sassy Water (lemon, cucumber, ginger and mint leaves). Actually I prefer it, really like it better than regular water. I always have to bring water to work, so bring it in
3.3 L everyday, now just have to drink it :)

Cool quote! I have had cucumber in water... what a difference that makes. Refreshing. You have had a busy week, as I have. We may have needed this week to remind us how better we feel when we are doing well. Lets get back to it, and make those pounds fall right off!

I love that quote! So true. That was me yesterday. Didn't want to work out but I did it and felt so great that I did. Worked my ass off. Good for you making a plan. Hope you can stick to it. Those 10 lbs. in 5 weeks is do-able if you stick to your plan!!!

It is really hard to lose when you are on the run, no matter how well you plan. It will start dropping again.
