4 lb gain in a weekend trip to CT/NJ/NY. Got to spend time with my kiddo! She ran at West Point then shopping in Manhattan. A lot of activity so I’m thinking this is just my gluten swell. Love traveling, but it’s so hard to eat like home.

It was wonderful. I really value time with my kids differently now that they’re older. Thank you everyone for the kind words. I agree the pounds are worth it. Just excited to see them come back off😁
