Well down 10 lbs since January 1st. Started at 189 point something or other. Lost most of it the first month. Ate a lot of junk and goodies the second month and just holding steady.
So I guess I had better stick with the good stuff and try to curb my obsession with sweets.
I would like to be at 150lbs by July 8th, my 65th birthday. I know I could stand to lose more than that but 150 seems doable and reasonable. If I can hold steady at 150, then I plan to start working out.

I am going to start doing stretching for now and see if I can build up to actual exercise.

I am quite active at my work, sitting sometimes but usually up and down and walking across the store and carrying boxes and bags and climbing ladders etc. So tired that I never want to exercise. Yet. That will come.

I really enjoy logging my food in. It definitely keeps me mindful and always looking forward to what I can eat for my next meal that is tasty and healthy.
No more mindless eating. Yay. This is my third month and I'm pretty sure I ca stick with this in the long run!
