Thank you to all the people that left such uplifting messages. @ natania dont let it get you down… i see it as my trophy that i have beaten my unhealthy food addiction. I know its not as pretty as some peoples body but you are beautiful as you are and be proud of what you have achieved. Its rough road keep your head high

@natsmoller I have been gyming for 2 years but i lost most of my weight in the 1st 6-8month by just calorie counting and upping my daily steps but the more you loose the harder it gets

😱😱 This is amazing. Congratulations on your hard work and constant progress. I just started out. Two weeks in and already feeling great, but it gets so tough at times. I have a similar physique to your before picture. Hoping to cover some ground as time goes.

@ash keep your head up and push hard! Always know that we are human and make mistakes just put small mishaps with food behind you, don’t break yourself down and move on… you can do it!
