I picked "Get Chisel'd" for today's workout. This is the one of tough ones among the FIRM dvd I have. Maybe because it was tough; maybe because I did workout too soon after the meal; and maybe I did not drink enough water as usual. I had to threw up after workout which was very unusual. I cannot remember if I ever threw up after workout. I really need to be careful what and when I am consuming food and water. I need to drink more water the rest of today!
