So after two months of damn near perfection with eating healthy and intermittent fasting, I caved to some vanilla and chocolate ice cream. Lost 21.2lbs from 1/25-3/21(8 weeks) and while I know that food rewards aren't the route to go I went against it. my biggest worry is it would derail me and I would want to start eating whatever again. I'm happy to report that after my ice cream there was no late night snacking or binging. This morning I went to the store because I was out of everything healthy and I'm back on track with no real craving for anything that I would consider "off the wagon". Feeling good and in control. 💪🏻
