It's Monday and rainy rainy rainy! It rained all weekend, but that meant some lazy days inside. Need those once in a while! Had a hard time getting to work with some flooding around the city but I finally made it! The scale was down this morning from the gain after I started the strength training. No biggie to me, I know it will go up and down and have been paying more attention to how my clothes fit and measurements. Well, lots to do.....have a good one!

So glad you realize the weight goes up for a bit after starting strength training, especially. I think ALL workouts, but definitely strength training. Yep, go by the clothes! Way more important than a silly scale. Have a great day - hope it dries up.

Yep, it's definitley a fluid flux! I get those a lot when changing up my workout routine! it always goes away pretty quick, so hat's good. :)
