Second journal…

Happy 😃 nice Tuesday morning…

User error..hit wrong key…first journal…gone….lol…o well…it was boring anyway….

On cup #2 of ☕️…already did a walk…window open from last night…60 already..but still dark..80+ today…was 75 yesterday… so know it’s gonna hit higher..since it’s 60 already…got alittle red yesterday’s…but it’s already tan today…looking out window…kinda looks like rain…just way it looks as clouds pass by in the sky…

Rethought my strategy for this month…my thoughts are cut the sugary deserts I give into…well…cake mostly…ice cream here is on days they don’t have cake..I always pass it by…just no desire for it…

The dr appointment I set up for labs…I’ve almost talked myself out of…I listened to David Sinclair..thought the labs might help in weight loss…but now I’m thinking…might be waist of time…

Well…time is passing..coffee is working…lol…

Have a fantastic positive day..time to get them feet moving…
