SECOND DAY OF RESISTANCE TRAINING! - 9 weeks post op
30 minutes of elliptical work in cardiac rehab this morning, with max heart rate of 153 and 402 cals burned. Followed this up 45 minutes later with about 25 minutes of light resistance work again. Increased to 2 sets of everything, and increased my weight slightly on lat pull downs and bicep curls. Feeling good so far14 hours later. Had some whey protein before bed to help with muscle repair over night.
