Happy 😃 happy Friday….

So begins another first few laps of pain….and getting my knees and everything to move for this next day…lol…first ☕️was good as I waited for pain pill to do it’s magic….my first trip is nothing but me telling myself the whole trip..no pain..no gain…second trip gets easier…by the third and so on…everything is limbered up and working again….

At 7am..I hit my first 24… of a 72 hour fast….it’s getting so easy to do a 24-48…told the nurse yesterday I was fasting this weekend…just so she and cna would be aware if I started acting and crazier then usual…lol…be warned…lol…

My last mile is also the hardest..as I’m just tired by then…but I sleep so good…exhausted..lol…

Well…need to get another mile in..we’ll..2 actually….3 before what would be breakfast..get most of it before lunch..just seems to make steps easier…
