Hello, intermittent fasters please connect!! Is there anybody else on this site who has experience with 5:2 or 16:8 intermittent fasting? I started 5:2 almost a month ago and added 16:8 this week and feel great. I was so tired of counting and recording and this seems to work just fine. I also decided to embark on intermittent fasting to improve fasting blood glucose levels that are not ideal despite of a no white flower or grains, no sugar diet for the last 30 years... So I would really like to exchange experiences. Have another great day!

Hi Audrey, thanks for your comment! How are you doing and how are you fasting? I mostly stuck to the 16:8 during the weekend and are looking forward to the 500 cal fast tomorrow. I feel I ate too much during the last two days and crave for the light feeling on the fasting day. OOps strange to say that but that is how I feel today. Hope you make it through the day all right and know that it will get easier in week 3 (read it and experienced it too). Hope to keep in touch, Jule

Fridays will be my fast day , I 'll eat dinner Thursday and fast until Friday 's dinner! I hope this gets the weight loss ball rolling. again... I do not crave carbs any more, I hope. it gets easier.... ..Audrey
