Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

Not as many steps..but that hour I could of been walking…I was enjoying the sun….it was worth it…

Sipping my ☕️…havnt walked yet….sleep was more important this morning…got what I needed…so I’m ready to enjoy a new day….since I’m already fasting…from yesterday…trying to decide wether to eat breakfast…or…just keep on fasting and start 4 day 1 day sooner…lol…decisions…lol…il probably have breakfast…start out on protein…

Another nice day here…more soakin in the sun…ahhh…second ☕️ready to enjoy…thinking about resting the legs more today..right knee is talking to me again…I can listen…or keep pushing it..pay for it for several days…sometimes pays to listen…even though you hate to…get me some recliner time today..lol…

Had time to think..il eat breakfast…then head into my 4 day…as that’s what I had planned …keep the plan…lol…
