Sometimes we undermine small losses but best feeling has to be when the 'to lose' figure goes down and gets smaller and smaller. Having to lose 20kg starting off and getting to 16kg still to lose I mean I just love watching that number go down because I know what the scale is saying doesnt excite me as much yet. Good luck for the week ahead. Dont go too big on pay day spoils LOL and then hate yourself the next day. :)
